But I Did It Anyway…Week 1 Day 3

Better than Day 1 as far as my cardio goes. Worse for my legs.  Calves were tight the whole run, even though I warmed up and spent a long time stretching out. 

Pretty much the whole run was a mental game.  Me fighting with myself on whether I should just stop and retry Day 3 on Thursday or push through because I have done this before dammit and I can do it now!  I did finished it.  I didn’t enjoy it.  But it’s done.   And my pace was the exact same as Sunday’s, 15:57 per mile.  So, I think that was good.  Especially after yesterday’s hike.  

Now I am looking forward to 2 days off before starting Week 2.  And I am really nervous about the 90 second run segments. I’ve done it before. So I don’t know why I am so nervous. Just worried I won’t be able to pull it off. And if not, that’s fine. I just re-do Week 1 until I am able to move on to week 2.
